Magna 457 Sheeter Head
The Magna 457 Sheeter is designed for high volume production of corn tortillas and tortilla chips. This unit sheets a broad range of masa moistures and product thicknesses. Multiple products and chip shapes can be produced with different cutters. This allows you to adjust your production to meet the ever-changing consumer environment without purchasing new equipment.
The Magna 457 Sheeter utilizes two different diameter, thick walled, rollers to minimize deflection and achieve consistent tortilla/chip weights across the roller width. The sheeter is available in five (5) widths to feed ovens made by Casa Herrera or our competitors.
Magna 457 Sheeter constructed from stainless steel and wash-down electrical motors. It is engineered and constructed for long equipment life and mean time between maintenance.
