Oil Heat Exchanger

• Natural gas fuel firing rating from 1,000,000 to 4,500,000 BTUH depending on fryer design.
• Medium/high efficiency. Double helix coil design with stainless steel ASME Code certified oil-heating tubes.
• High efficiency rated thermal insulation in the housing, which is epoxy coated, heavy-duty carbon steel fabrication.
• Vertical burner is down fired, premix with mounted combustion air blower.
• Pressure and flow monitoring equipment is pre-mounted, plumbed and pre-wired at our factory.
• Oil pump-out low point porting is included and the oil piping will drain by gravity to this porting for fast and clean changeover or oil-out, or flush out.
• Available at extra cost is the economizer unit for a 10% to 15% fuel efficiency gain.
• Unit is skid mounted for easy installation.
