Casa Herrera will be showcasing technological advances in their Flour Tortilla Manufacturing lines at the 2013 Tortilla Industry Association (TIA) Technical Conference held at the Las Vegas Convention Center October 5th and 6th. The TIA Technical Conference is being held in conjunction with the IBIE Convention at the same venue. The Tortilla Industry Association Conference is the largest gathering of tortilla machinery manufacturers, tortilla manufacturers, industry suppliers and distributors in the world. The 2013 Keynote Speaker for the TIA Technical Conference will be Richard Junge of McDonald's and will be presenting "The Future of Tortillas and Healthy Wraps" at 9 am on October 5th. Mr. Junge has been a leader and innovator in the food industry. McDonald's is spearheading the expansion of mainstream consumption of tortillas and wraps in the food industry.
