Taco Shell Production Systems

Our Taco Shell production lines are built for small and large production capacity from fresh ground corn or corn flour.

The standard 2-row taco shell system is made in the classic style that includes a 3-pass oven and a sequential loader that synchronizes with the electric fryer, which has grill type molds to form the “U” shape of the product.

The recent system design is made for automated, high production capacity in 4-row and 6-row single pass process, with a tortilla rejection system that eliminates out of specs product before entering the fryer.

User friendly automation controls provide ease of use throughout the process.

This single pass line provides an accurate tortilla alignment to minimize the possibility of “Js” in the fryer. Contact us for more information.
