Tostada Shell Production Systems
Our Home Style Tostada (wavy tostada) production lines are built for automated 4-row and 6-row production starting with fresh ground corn or corn flour. Although less common, we also offer a 2-row system made in the same style. These systems include an oven with CB5 belting and a double belt fryer. The double belt fryer has adjustable gap between belts for bigger or smaller waving of the tostada.


The most recent systems design is made for high production capacity in 4-row and 6-row three-pass baking process. Our standard Allen Bradley controls provide ease of use throughout the process, but if you have different specifications, we can provide that too.
