Tostada Shell Production Systems

Our Home Style Tostada (wavy tostada) production lines are built for automated 2-row, 4-row, or 6-row production starting with fresh ground corn or corn flour. These systems include an oven with CB5 belting and a double belt fryer. The double belt fryer has adjustable gap between belts for bigger or smaller waving of the tostada during frying. Our standard Allen Bradley controls provide ease of use throughout the process, but if you have different specifications, we can provide that too.
